Power Flush

Done in only one visit carried out in 3 — 7 hours depending on your system size and it minimizes boiler warranty problems, by using the UK's most powerful professional power flushing pump: Kamco — The CF90 Quantum 2. 

Process

1. Connection

The Kamco power flushing pump is connected to the heating system. Then we connect the powerful' MagnaClean Dual magnetic' filter and add sludge-removing chemicals. The powerful flow will now dislodge and mobilize sludge deposits and corrosion particles which resist traditional system cleaning methods.

2. Individual

Using our 'VibraClean' radiator agitator, we will then proceed to work on each radiator individually and in turn, this sends a vibrating pulse through the radiator dislodging all the sediment laying on the bottom of the radiator panel. Once the corrosion and sludge deposits have been loosened and mobilized, they will be collected in our MagnaCleanse dual professional magnetic filter. Fresh clean water is then forced through the heating system, pushing the contaminated water out through a full bore dump valve to the drain.

3. Clearflow

During the CLEARFLOW process, radiators are individually flushed, without removing or disconnecting them from the system, by directing the full output of the Kamco pump through each radiator separately. At the end of the flushing process, the system contains clean water to which we then add an inhibitor. This is to help prevent any further corrosion and any build-up of sludge.
